Judith Mulage MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-C
Empathetic and experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in outpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered mental health services that promote wellness, recovery, and resilience. Skilled in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulating individualized treatment plans, and managing psychopharmacologic therapies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
