About Us
Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals affected by mental health and substance use disorders—empowering recovery through medical management, education, and supportive therapeutic relationships.
Our Staff
Judith Mulage MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-C
Judith is an AANP Board-Certified in Adult-Gerontology and ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience across a variety of healthcare settings. Her background includes community mental health, inpatient detoxification, residential alcohol and substance abuse treatment, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and hospital medicine.
She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, with a minor in Biology, from Regis College. She later obtained a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Herzing University. Currently, Judith provides comprehensive addiction treatment at a detoxification and residential treatment center in the Boston metropolitan area. She also offers after-hours care at several skilled nursing facilities.
Ellen Ventura MSN, MSHCA, APRN, AGNP-C
Ellen is an AANP Board-Certified in Adult-Gerontology with extensive experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Primary Care.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Laboure College and her BA in Psychology, her MS in Healthcare Administration, and MS in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University. She later obtained a Post-Master’s Certificate as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from William Paterson University. Currently, Ellen provides comprehensive addiction treatment at detoxification and residential treatment centers in Massachusetts and teaches psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to pre-licensure nursing students at Regis College.
